Absolutely. I work with an amazing group of physiotherapists, massage therapists, podiatrists and have a team of medical professional I cross refer patients to. I am passionate about an integrative approach to health care and one where everyone works as a team to optimise your health.
-
The way appointments are conducted are optional. I offer both face to face and telehealth/video call consultations. This way, the flexibility allows you to still make your health a priority no matter where you are.
I assist people all over Australia and abroad.
-
Absolutely not. There is no difference in how I conduct a consultation if we have a telehealth appointment. The process is identical to a face to face appointment. The only difference, you don’t need to travel to see me and tends to be more convenient.
-
The first appointment is all about getting to know you and your health history. We go over your detailed health questionnaire and any pathology results already completed. I then discuss what appears to be occurring for you and how I can help. I then put together a tailor made treatment plan which, may include dietary and lifestyle advice, specific nutrient supplementation, herbal medicine and, I may even refer you for further testing.
-
During the initial phases, appointments are conducted 2-4 weeks apart. Once you are starting to feel better and we’re on track, appointments are spaced over a 4-8 week period.
-
No, definitely not. Despite having a strong focus on women’s health, I welcome people of all walks of life with varying degrees of health concerns. I enjoy a challenging case and have much experience in the general health side of Naturopathy as well. Men, women, children, are all welcome.

No, I also offer consultations in Western Sydney namely, the Liverpool, Campbelltown and Camden councils. These appointments are available once weekly, by appointment only. But, as always, appointments are offered face to face and via telehealth.
