Annmarie is a university-trained clinician with over 15 years experience in clinical practice. She has a strong passion for women’s hormonal health, gastrointestinal health, energy and stress support, pregnancy and post-partum care.

Annmarie has worked in many areas of the profession and industry to ensure she can be a robust practitioner to suit your needs. She has a passion for education and has taught nutrition and naturopathy students at a tertiary level for many years.

Annmarie is extremely passionate about adequate nutrition, especially from preconception and beyond. She believes that adequate nutrition is the foundation of health, and this is why she went on to complete her Masters in Human Nutrition after already completing two naturopathic degrees.

As a mother of 2 beautiful boys, 2 years apart, Annmarie understands firsthand the difficulties that can arise during pregnancy and post-partum. She is an advocate for adequate nutritional, physical and emotional support during this time. She has also developed a women’s health support group to assist women during this time.

Annmarie has worked within the industry as well as the profession, and has experience in product development, raw material supplies and women’s health, especially hormonal disruption across the lifespan: from puberty to fertility, perimenopause and menopause. She also has a solid understanding of how hormones work, as well as the conventional treatments available to support women.

Annmarie believes in a holistic approach to health care and knows she is only one person in a whole web of health practitioners supporting each of her patients. No system in the body works in isolation, and this is why she works in an integrated way with your health care team and beyond.

As research evolves, Annmarie continues to attend seminars and symposiums to ensure she is equipped with the best available information to improve your health outcomes. With her extensive experience across a range of areas, she is well equipped to support your health.
